During her internship, we observed significant concerns regarding her professionalism and adherence to our code of conduct. Her behavior fell short of our expectations, and actions had a negative impact on the team and work environment. Specifically, unprofessionalism and unethical conduct influenced others in a detrimental way, creating a decline in team morale and productivity. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend her for future opportunities within any organization, as her behavior and actions during the internship period were not aligned with our values and expectations.
