I had the privilege of working with the LSG crew for two seasons. In the first year(2023), I contributed as a volunteer, gaining hands-on experience in event management and hospitality. In the second year(2024), I was promoted to the role of Clan Leader, where my responsibilities expanded to recruiting and managing competent students from colleges who were passionate LSG fans. I conducted interviews, selected enthusiastic members, and ensured smooth coordination during IPL matches. This role enhanced my leadership, recruitment, and team management skills significantly.
